Breathwork is a practice that uses breathing exercises to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. The way we breathe and our nervous system is closely linked. When we feel stressed we take slow shallow breaths, whilst when we feel relaxed we take longer and deeper breaths.
In today's modern world many of us seem to be either stressed and overwhelmed or end up feeling numb inside. Through Breathwork I can help you to achieve more balance in your life, become more aware of your emotions, help to process and release them.
